The Roman Catholic Pilgrim Bureau and main accommodation facilities are housed in the fine Georgian Elmham House and the Victorian Grammar School (pictured) in Friday Market, so called because King Edward III gave the Friary the right to hold a weekly market on Fridays and certain feast days.
